"I cannot share enough good things about Jim and his team. I never write reviews, but after our experience trying to get a new roof, Jim was there for us and deserves our praises. State Farm corporate sent out an inspector after our big hail storm in 2021 and despite what our contractors said, determined nominal damage to only our garage (nothing else on the rest of the house). Jim went to bat for us and got us a second opinion and helped us get our roof covered which was visibly damaged by the hail. (the original inspector is no longer working with State farm). Jim and his team were there every step of the way and have been our agent for our 5 years in Bend. They are always polite and helpful when we call in. We were ready to leave State Farm after the original inspector experience and feeling let down after years of loyalty, after both of us being with State Farm for over 20 years. Jim is an agent that actually cares about local and supports his clients. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a great agent to contact their office."
